The Acopian Power Supply Engineering Scholarship

We want to power up your education. The Acopian Power Supply Engineering Scholarship is awarded, on an annual basis, to a qualified undergraduate student who seeks an electrical engineering degree with emphasis in the field of power electronics or a related discipline from an accredited United States college or university.
Scholarship Award
- $1,000
Eligibility
The scholarship candidate must:
- Be enrolled as a full-time student in electrical engineering at an accredited university or college inside the United States (distance-learning or online-course students are not eligible)
- Have completed freshman year in an electrical engineering program at an accredited university or college
- Hold a grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
- Have completed college coursework in power electronics or in a related discipline
Basis for Judging
Selection criteria will be based on evaluation of the following criteria:
- Evidence of maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- One referral letter from an individual who is qualified to evaluate the applicant’s academic accomplishments (e.g., professor, administrator, employer, internship organization)

Deadline for submission of applications: June 30, 2025
The scholarship recipient will be announced on July 31, 2025
